We are getting excited about the upcoming Children’s (and their parents) Concert of Prayer coming up this Sunday 25th June, 2-4pm at Lifestreams Christian Church!
We will “board our plane” at Lifestreams and “fly” to the nations where we will zoom in children from different countries to pray for each other. There will be engaging prayer stations, tailored to our children.
Come along and join in this interactive children-specific prayer event. Our children don’t have a mini Holy Spirit. Let’s help them to pray with us for the nations!

A fantastic opportunity for you to bring your primary age children to a citywide prayer gathering! We're hosting a prayer event for kids accross the city of Perth, here at Lifestreams. Of course they are welcome to any of the World Prayer Assembly gatherings but we know it’s not always easy, so here’s a chance to be part of this journey.

World Prayer Assembly host gatherings worldwide to unite people of all generations in worship and prayer for the love and goodness of God. AND this gathering will be hosted right here at Lifestreams Christian Church, South Perth.

We are asking you to book so the team can prepare well but there is no cost.

Children don’t have a mini Holy Spirit. Their prayers are vital!

We've got some wonderful things prepared as we come together to learn, remember and celebrate the death and resurrection of our King Jesus!

On Friday our Kids will enjoy a time of exploring "Christ Jesus," looking at communion and Good Friday in Kids Church.

On Easter Sunday we'll come together as a whole church family to celebrate Jesus' resurrection with worship, Kids stories, videos, gifts, activities and a whole lot more!

So looking forward to helping our families explore the death and life of Jesus this Easter weekend! ✝️🥚🤍

Hey Parents!
Thinking of and praying for all our families as school and other activities come to a finish this week.

THIS SUNDAY:
CHRISTMAS HAMPERS are being put together in Discovery Cove this Sunday!

ALSO... Our 3 yr olds - year 6's have been preparing a song and dance to "Little Drummer Boy" for our Christmas Festival on 18th December and Christmas Eve Service this year.

We will all be doing a very quick practice of standing in our places in the auditorium this Sunday after the service. Please wait for your kids to return to the Discovery Cove Hall after they've all filed in and out of the auditorium and collect them from there (waters edge kindy room too).

More details on the festival and Christmas eve service to come.

4th December - Bring a Friend Day! How awesome would it be to see our Kids Ministry full of our friends and family!? Bring a friend to church on Sunday 4th December for some fun, games & a little bit of the story of Jesus.

NEXT SUNDAY:
11th December - In Discovery Cove Kids Church during church we will be helping Community Services to put together our Christmas Hampers to gift to people in our community. If you have food donations please bring them in before then!

*Your child may have taken a Christmas decoration home recently. Please dont feel obliged to be involved in the Christmas Hamper project. We just want our kids in Kids Church to have ownership and see that this is a practical way that we bless our community!*

Bec's Story:

Growing up I knew an awful lot about the Easter Bunny & Santa Clause but not so much was spoken of the Big Man who lived in the clouds. I knew about as much about Jesus as I did of Ghandi & Mother Teresa. That is until I became friends with a bright bubbly girl at school who had this epic Comic Book Bible full of exciting stories I'd never read before!

I slept over at my friend's house almost fortnightly through later Primary School years. I got to read her Bible and ask 1000 000 life questions. Do you know what the best part was? Sunday mornings, before dropping me back home, her family took me to church. At church there were hundreds of people there who were just as bright and bubbly as her! AND they knew this guy, Jesus. AND they showed me just how much He loves me.

AND God changed my life and the life of my Dad, through these incredible people, forever!

Bring a Friend day is Sunday 4th December! Why not bring someone to this bright and bubbly community and show them the love of Jesus? 💙
