St John Bosco is known as the Father and Teacher of youth. As a priest he developed a way of working that created a home, a school, a church, and a playground for young people. 🏠👨🏻‍🏫⛪️⛹🏾‍♂️
Inspired by St Francis de Sales, he founded the Salesians order. Growing in awareness of the Father’s love is the way of life of a Salesian. St John Bosco reminded us, “people should not only be loved but they should know that they are loved.” ❤️
Fun fact: He learnt and performed magic tricks to better evangelise and catechise the young people 🪄🐇

St Pope John Paul II was a man that was relatable to many young people. He was convinced that all are called to be saints- and he especially wanted to encourage young people to become more holy.
He was also a man on mission, he felt as a Shepherd he was called to get out there to meet the universal flock. He travelled more than any other pope that ever lived. He travelled more than 750,000 miles, that is 3 times the distance between Earth and Moon!! ✈️🌏
Fun fact: He loves skilling and he continued doing it until he was 73 years old! ⛷
