the question on everyones mind...
who caught the bouquet thrown by Liams bride on Friday...
and the answer may shock you... it was... nobody...
liam got cold feet and decided not to get married (we forgot to arrange a bride for him)

but besides that, we started our new topic, Til Death do Us Part. and yes from that name you can kinda guess what we're talking about... it's relationships. Asha started the topic with a word on covenant, it's a like a promise but way more promise-y.

this Friday is more relationship stuff, so come on down at 7pm

pool party on a friday night... well not really but there was a pool and it was a party

we launched our theme/vision for SC25 last Friday and it has something to do with holding square when your teammate goes down

we had a prophetic word from Asha and a word from Matt that tied it all together. also want to shoutout Eva for making our vision video which helped show what revival is all about

it was a good time to be back at youth last Friday, Matt opened up the term with our Missions topic of Fired Up with a little help from the East High Wildcats and we also had a cheeky visit from EveryYouth so that's cool

idk this feels like the first week back at youth, but technically we had the first night back 2 weeks ago with CG socials... so like, but really this is the first night properly back... so imma say its the first night back

its a missions night and its going to be good

we had our worship conference last week, and of course we had to open with a bang! shoutout to the mandem (iny worship team) for opening up our conference, and they did it uhhh pre good. we also heard from Rebekah Gituthu from Nairobi Lighthouse Church in Kenya
