Surrender isn’t giving up. It’s choosing to trust Jesus with what you can’t control.

Whatever you’re carrying this week, the questions, the plans, the pressure or the unknown, you don’t have to carry it all yourself.

You can release it. You can trust Him. You can let go.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

This Sunday, Ps Taylor shared some of what God has been revealing to him through Numbers.

Following Jesus means more than simply believing in Him — it means surrendering our own desires and trusting His plans, even when His way requires sacrifice.

Sometimes faith means letting go of what we want so we can follow where God is leading.

Take some time this week to listen, reflect and ask:

“Jesus, what are You asking me to surrender to You?”

From our newest little faces to those who have walked with Jesus for decades, there’s something pretty special about doing church together.

We learn from each other, encourage each other, pray for our families and speak blessing over one another.

On Sunday, we prayed this blessing over our families:

“The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”

A pretty special service at The Rock. 🤍

Yesterday, we celebrated Ainsley and Zac being ordained as Local Ministers, in recognition of their calling and commitment to serve God and His Church.

It was a beautiful moment for our whole church family, celebrating two people who give so much of themselves to the life of The Rock.

Ainsley & Zac, we’re so incredibly grateful for you both and excited to see what this next season holds for you!
