Stephen Driscoll has just written a book called 'Made in Our Image:
God, artificial intelligence and you', to get us thinking about the implications of AI on our culture.

In this Pastor's Heart podcast, he says that because artificial intelligence learns from us (i.e. what it reads etc) it will likely trend towards people pleasing - giving each of us what we want, or it may become more debauched. It may even become an existential threat to us - because either it lacks a wise moral system or it righteously opposes our sin.

This is a helpful first step into understanding the impact of AI on us.
