If anyone is interested in helping to care for Australia's oldest surviving European cemetery (St John's Cemetery, est. 1790), here is a fantastic opportunity to participate in a working bee next Saturday 8 March 2025. This event is being hosted by St John's Anglican Cathedral Parramatta.

Here is some general advice for working bees at the historic cemetery:

ALL WELCOME!

Please bring:

🌿 a hat
🌿 sunscreen
🌿 any gardening / weeding equipment
🌿 water (note: there is a tap on site for replenishing your water).
🌿 wear enclosed footwear.

PARKING:

Parking is available in the Westfield carpark (Westfield's Aird st carpark is closest), but please be mindful of time limits*

* 4 hours parking FREE if you have the FREE Westfield app, which you can download here: https://www.westfield.com.au/membership
