Generocity Church Parkes

GC College Gala Night is just over a week away. Have you registered yet?

Our college exists to raise leaders and disciple believers in a regional, rural and coastal context, allowing people to study whilst remaining in their communities and serving in their churches. It takes place at GC Parkes on 7 November, from 6pm.

Our Gala Night is an important fixture in the life of our church, as we raise funds so that we can continue to equip and build our congregation members, and our churches.

You can register using the following link: https://generocity.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/3822024

See you there

It was great to gather together again yesterday. The beauty of the church is in it's many members ...beauty people choosing to live for Jesus and each other.
Jarrod blessed us with a timely message reminding us to continually look for opportunities to do good to those around us

We had a special time on Sunday, as Matt reminded us of the importance of being filled with and empowered by the Holy Spirit. This was followed by a wonderful time of ministry, and then some tasty birthday cake, as we celebrated Neil's big day.

We had another jam packed service on Sunday. We are loving our time together, especially seeing our young people excited about Jesus.

This week we announced a transition in our leadership, and welcomed Jarrod and Emma onto our eldership team. We also took time to thank Deon, Elsie and Ian for there invaluable service, as elders, over the last two years.

Remember that this weekend is our GC Conference in Bathurst, so there is no service in Parkes on Sunday.
