Just a reminder about changes to deb practice times:

Friday group: 6:30pm to 7:45pm
Saturday group: 7:45pm to 9:00pm.

Tickets also need to be finalised by Friday, 19th April. Please advise of any dietary requirements or allergies.

The parent dance night rehearsal has been changed to next Tuesday, 9th April at 8:30pm.

Tickets are on sale and can be paid for in cash at Tuesday practice or by direct debit to the bank account. If transferring money please ensure that the name of the deb or partner is included in the reference.

When purchasing tickets please let us know if you or your guests have any dietary requirements or allergies.

Don't forget deb practice is most definitely on tonight. Also tonight is the night we teach mums and dads the parent dance. Mums and Dads please be at the Leagues Club by 8:30pm to go through the dance steps.

Ticket sales for the Ball close Tuesday, 11th April - friends and family be sure to secure tickets to help the Debs and their Partners celebrate this wonderful occasion.

BBQ at St George's

Tuesday, 18th April is the BBQ and rehearsal at St George's Church at 6pm - parents are invited to come along too.

Hi everyone,

IMPORTANT DEB INFORMATION

● TICKETS

Tickets for this year's Ball are now availabile now for purchase, @ $80 per ticket.

If you are paying for tickets via direct deposit, please include the surname of the debutante or partner plus the number of tickets required in the payment reference. Tickets can also be purchased at Tuesday night practice. Tickets will be available for purchase until Tuesday, 11th April, all purchases must be finalised by this date.

Please also ensure that you let either Deniece or Jodie know if there are any special dietary requirements or food allergies for debs/partners/guests for catering purposes.

● SUITS

Suits have now arrived at Byrne Clothing, please see Jake for your final fitting ASAP.

● DRESS DESCRIPTIONS

Dress descriptions are needed ASAP. If you need any help with this, please do not hesitate to speak to Deniece or Jodie.

Reminders:

Debs: remember long skirts for practices from next week onwards.

Debs and partners: it is a really good idea to be wearing your shoes to practices to get used to wearing them before the night of the Ball.

If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to contact either Deniece or Jodie.

Hi everyone,

After being notified that many of our Debs and partners cannot make practice tomorrow night (Wednesday 22.2.23), we have made the decision to cancel this week's practice.

We will see everyone next Tuesday, 28 February at 6:45pm in the Leagues Club Auditorium.

We have just been advised by the Leagues Club that we are unable to hold Deb practice tonight.

Practice will now be tomorrow night, Wednesday 22 February in the Leagues Club Auditorium. Please ensure you arrive by 6:45 pm ready for 7pm start.
