Last week in Futures Kids, we launched our new series, PROVE IT! Is God Real?

Through the story of Peter walking on water, the kids learned that faith is not believing without reason. Faith is choosing to place our complete trust in Jesus because we have good reasons to believe He is trustworthy.

This term we will learn that not only is God real, He is also powerful and loves all of us. 🙏🏽

It’s a special time where we celebrate every child who had a birthday that month, pray over them, and thank God for the incredible people they’re becoming.

Last Sunday in Week 5 of Dear God, our kids learned what it means to pray when we are worried through the story of Elijah and the widow with the bread and oil. They discovered that even when the widow did not have much, God still provided for her, her son, and Elijah day by day. It was such a comforting reminder that when we feel worried about what we need, we can pray, trust God, and remember that He is our faithful provider! 🤍

Last Sunday in Week 4 of Dear God, our kids learned what it means to pray, “Not my will, but Yours be done,” through the story of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane. They discovered that prayer is not just about asking God to change our situation, but about bringing our real feelings to Him, trusting His bigger plan, and choosing His way even when it’s hard. It was such a powerful reminder that we can be honest with God and still trust Him completely! 🤍
