XPRESS 2026 | C3 AMERICAS

We just wrapped up Xpress for C3 Americas, and wow… what an incredible few days together!

34 leaders gathered in Arizona, all passionate about developing people, raising up leaders, and building healthy, thriving teams along the way.

We laughed a lot, learned so much, prayed together, worked out together, and honestly just had the best time. So many meaningful conversations and moments that we’ll carry with us long after this week.

Huge thank you to and for pouring into us through such powerful, life-giving sessions. We’re so grateful for your wisdom, leadership, and heart for people!

🎙️NEW POD: Leadership Transitions

In this vital conversation, four C3 pastors, who have successfully navigated leadership transitions - Ps Phil Pringle, John Pearce, Gordon Moore & Steve Burgess - share their wisdom for seamless leadership handovers. From financial planning to emotional readiness, this conversation is packed with valuable insights, and hard-won wisdom on passing the baton well.

The greatest transitions happen when we remember - it’s not our church, it’s His! When we honour those who came before, and empower those who come after, we build churches that outlast us and impact generations. We prayer this equip session helps prepare us to do just that.

🫵 This is a must watch for all pastors and church boards. If you’re not currently planning a leadership transition, you will at some point in the future.

💪 Within C3 there are many avenues, and resources to help manage these transition moments. For more information please contact your Regional Oversight or contact the Global Office directly.

🗞️ In 2025 C3 Australia launched a specific training resource called SUCCEED. This 3-day workshop was designed to support churches navigating leadership transition. The program focussed on equipping outgoing leaders, incoming leaders, and church teams to prepare well for succession, minimise disruption, and strengthen long term health.
