We’re gathering for a night of connection, worship, ministry, and fun.

There’s something powerful that happens when women come together. Faith rises and hope is rekindled. In the middle of busy schedules, this is a space to pause, worship freely, and receive encouragement for the season ahead.

We’re also honoured to have guest speaker Ps Ailen Edgar from Faith Church Melbourne sharing a message on faith that will encourage and strengthen you.

This September, BRAVE Women are gathering for a powerful night to pause, connect, and be renewed in God’s presence.

There’ll be food trucks, worship, ministry, and space to breathe deeply. Guest speaker to be announced—but trust us, you’ll want to be there.

Eucalyptus hand cream from / our symbolic gift to you from our TAKE HEART night.

The largely intact root systems/trunks of fire-resistant plants allow quick recovery from fire. Species such as Eucalyptus and Banksia have thick bark which enables the trunk and main branches to survive fire and put out new shoots from dormant buds.Just like these plants, you too have a beautifully strong root system - in Jesus Christ! Take Heart! He has overcome the world and you can face the fire.

What a beautiful morning we had today! It was such a joy to come together and be encouraged by Ps Sue Hartley and discuss points around identity. God truly moved among His women this morning.

Ps Sue spoke on how, when it comes to identity, there are four mirrors:
1. The you that YOU see yourself as
2. The you that OTHERS see us as
3. The you that YOU THINK GOD sees
4. The you that GOD TRULY sees

God sees us through the lens of grace - and He sees us as COMPLETE!

God saw everything you’ve walked through, every struggle, but He wrote a story and cast vision for your life anyway. He saw your finished substance, His completed work.

How wonderful it is to not have to strive for our identity but that we can find true identity in the One who created us. So take a moment to ask the Lord, “How do You see me?”

Join us for morning tea and to hear from Ps Sue Hartley who has prepared a word of deep connection and encouragement!

ABOUT SUE
As a pastor, mentor and teacher, Sue has a unique ability to identify potential in people that are often overlooked and walk alongside them as that potential comes to life.

She has a passion to see women healed, set free and restored, embracing their God given purpose and their authentic self.

She established Daughters of Promise Ministry in 2006 and now facilitates three seminars for women of all ages and stages of life, teaching, equipping and empowering women to rise up from their past and their circumstances and that your past does not define your future. Restoring true identity in order to fulfill their purpose and destiny.

Sue has three adult sons, three beautiful “daughters in love”, twin grandchildren and another precious grandson. She loves being part of raising the next generation.
