Food for Thought!

“The Cracks Let the Light In”

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”
2 Corinthians 12:9

We often try to hide our weaknesses, mistakes, and failures. We want people to see our strengths and not our struggles.

But throughout the Bible, God used imperfect people:

Moses struggled with speaking.

David failed greatly.

Peter denied Jesus.

Paul carried a "thorn in the flesh."

God didn't wait for them to become perfect before using them. He worked through their weaknesses to display His strength.

Sometimes the very areas of your life that feel broken are the places where God's light shines the brightest. Your testimony, your struggles, your scars, and your victories can become a source of hope for someone else.

Don't spend your life hiding your cracks. Let God fill them with His grace.

Your weakness may be the very place where God's strength becomes most visible.

Our Challenge for you:

Think about a struggle God has helped you through. This week, share that testimony with someone who may need encouragement.

We are blessed to have a special guest trainer leading our Set Apart Living training session this coming Monday, June 15, at Heritage College
(333 Centre Road, Narre Warren South).

Our brother Tommy has been a positive influence in the community for many years, with extensive experience in rugby, health, fitness, and training. His passion for helping others & sharing his knowledge has impacted many lives.

Bring your boxing gloves🥊& pads; come enjoy a great session with us.

Tommy will also be sharing part of his testimony and his journey of turning his life around, inspiring others through the work he does with those he meets along the way.
