The Gospel doesn’t just forgive individuals—it forms a people. A people who can no longer stand aloof, not because they’re trying harder, but because they’ve been loved far closer than they deserve. Jesus did not remain distant in the face of our need.

The Gospel creates a community where the strong move toward the weak, the privileged toward the marginalised, and the secure toward the vulnerable—not out of duty, but out of a transformed identity.

Despite everything Israel—and we—have done, God doesn’t give up on us. Not because betrayal doesn’t hurt. His heart recoils within him...

But because He is God, not man.
His love doesn’t run dry or reach its limit.
It’s steadfast—flowing from an infinite, unchanging source.

It’s His love that holds us fast. 🤍

Romans 8:11 says, “The Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you.”

The same Spirit that empowered Jesus in the wilderness, sustained Him through death, and raised Him to life… is now at work in you.

He is shaping you, changing you, making you more like Christ.

That’s why real change is possible.
That’s why you will change.

Dependence on Him isn’t weakness — it’s your greatest strength.

Abraham sinned—big time.
But he repented, believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness.

That same grace is for us.
Every sin—past, present, and future—covered and forgiven.

Not by striving harder or trying to be better,
but by coming to God through grace, by faith in Christ.

And the same God who forgives
also gives us grace to wait—
to trust Him in the process,
and hold onto His promises. ✨

Good Friday ✝️

Today we remember The Cross— where love was poured out, mercy was given, and grace was made available to all.

Jesus was broken so we could be made whole.
He was forsaken so we could be welcomed home.

This is not a day of defeat, but of deep, sacrificial love.
And because of The Cross, hope is alive.

Take a moment today to pause and reflect on just how deeply you are loved in Christ.

Jesus was cast down so we could be brought into the Father’s house.
He was forsaken so we could be known and welcomed.

When this truth moves from your head to your heart, everything changes—
you can repent without despair, receive correction without defensiveness, and obey without bargaining.

You may lose everything, but if you have Him and know His love… that is enough.
