CHILDREN'S GARDEN OF REMEMBRANCE
A lovely quiet space in Northam Cemetery to remember the many children buried in unmarked graves in the Northam District. This memorial garden was established in 1993.

Roman Catholic Sections A and B Maps:

I created 'mud maps' of these 2 sections. So if you have relatives/ancestors buried in RCA or RCB I can probably help you locate the plot/grave.

Aa far as I know maps were never created for these 2 sections; the Shire has maps for other sections including Anglican Section A - the old/first Anglican area.

Can anyone help Julie Carter with her query about Mary KILMARTIN died 1898, buried at Northam Cemetery? Aged 23 years.

FROM JULIE
A bit of a long shot...in the Northam Cemetery there is a grave for a Mary Kilmartin. Mary died at age 23 on 12 February 1898. Does anyone know who this lady was, her family, friends or any connection with the area? Thanking you in anticipation 🌷

I have now uploaded photos and transcriptions for the headstones in the SDA section - Seventh Day Adventist, Section A.
Family names with more than one headstone include GIBLETT, MARKEY and MURRAY.
