In these moments of sorrow, together with the whole Church, we address our prayers to the Lord for the soul of our beloved Pope Francis. God will have rewarded his generous dedication to the service of the People of God and the whole world.

The Pope had great faith in the mercy of God and one of the main orientations of his pontificate has been precisely to announce it to the men and women of today. By his example, he urged us to accept and experience God's mercy, who never tires of forgiving us; and, on the other hand, to be merciful to others, as he tirelessly was himself, with so many gestures of tenderness that are a central part of his witnessing magisterium.

St. Josemaría used to tell us: “Welcome the Pope’s words with a religious, humble, internal and effective acceptance. And pass them on!” (The Forge, 133). May the example of Pope Francis lead us to echo this witness, to continue walking as apostles of mercy in a world pierced by the wounds of indifference and violence.

Let us turn to Our Lady, Mater Spei - as Francis liked to call her - in whom “everything in her life was shaped by the presence of mercy made flesh” (Misericordiae Vultus), so that we too may one day be able to contemplate God face to face.

A message from Msgr. Ocáriz, Prelate of Opus Dei on the death of Pope Francis.

Collect from the Roman Missal for Masses for the Dead - For the Pope

O God, faithful rewarder of souls,
grant that your departed servant Pope Francis,
whom you made successor of Peter
and shepherd of your Church,
may happily enjoy for ever in your presence in heaven
the mysteries of your grace and compassion,
which he faithfully ministered on earth.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God, for ever and ever.

Hi everyone!

This coming May we will be heading down to Albion for some hot laps and epic battles at the Ace Karts circuit and a social get-together afterwards to catch up with old friends and meet new ones!

Ace Karts is one of Victoria's best racing experiences to offer. With a 750m outdoor track and our brand new fleet of karts capable of speeds of up to 75 kmph, it's bound to be an epic day of racing.

If the weather holds up, we encourage everyone to stay for pizza afterwards at the venue BBQ/picnic area. Feel free to bring some food to share! We can store a few plates in the staff fridge; just ask Jess when you arrive. If a bit of rain hits us, we'll have dinner at one of the local restaurants; location TBC. Drinks and snacks can also be purchased from front counter.

Come and bring as many friends as you want! Just remember, if they are to be driving on the day, please register each of them under a separate ticket from this website so we know how many to make the booking for.

Ages 12+ for the regular superkarts, but feel free to bring any young family members aged 4+ if you are willing to supervise and drive them in a two-seater tandem kart (purchase one tandem ticket for both of you).

Can't wait to see you on the track! And if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us

WHEN YOU ARRIVE: We will be meeting in the new BBQ area to the far east of the venue, down towards the end of the pit lane. (See image below).

PARKING: There is plenty of parking on site. There is also a bus from Albion Station or if you know someone else who is attending maybe try and T-up a ride.

God bless!
