Good evening fb friends. It is now sabbath evening the sabbath has passed and I just want to touch base with all of you this Sabbath evening. Thank You for your time.

Tonight we are still looking at the sabbath day. (The Seventh Day Sabbath).

Our thought is based on;
THE LORDS DAY.

The Bible Speaks About The Sabbath As The Lords Day.

I know last week I have put up some scriptures concerning the Sabbath and the Seventh day being the Sabbath.
Tonight we will look at some or a few of those scriptures again in order for us to understand our thought for this Sabbath evening.

(KJV).
(Exodus 20:10) I like for us to notice the first part of this scripture but it does not mean that the rest of this verse is not important. But for our thought for tonight the first part of this Scripture is very clear.

NOTICE:
[Ex. 20:10] (first part).
[10]. BUT THE SEVENTH DAY IS THE SABBATH OF THE LORD THY GOD:
in it thou shall not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy Cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

(KJV).
(Leviticus 19:3,30) here we see God’s claim on the Sabbath As His. He said in these verses. KEEP MY SABBATH.

NOTICE:
[Lev. 19:3,30]
[3]. Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and KEEP MY SABBATH: I Am The Lord Your God.
[30]. Ye shall KEEP MY SABBATH, and Reverence My Sanctuary: I Am The Lord.

I believe friends these verses reveals to us the seriousness of keeping the Sabbath of God.

THE SEVENTH DAY SABBATH.

Because friends it belongs to God and the Bible also pointed to Him as the LORD OF THE SABBATH.

LET US HAVE A LOOK AT A FEW SCRIPTURES THAT POINT OUT THIS THOUGHT WE ARE LOOKING AT TONIGHT.

The Lord Of The Sabbath.
WHO IS HE LORD OF THE SABBATH?

So we find in the following scriptures pointing to the SON OF MAN AS LORD OF THE SABBATH.

(KJV)
[Matt. 12:8]. For the Son Of Man Is LORD EVEN OF THE SABBATH.

(KJV)
[Mark 2:28]. Therefore The Son Of Man IS LORD ALSO OF THE SABBATH.

(KJV)
[Luke 6:5]. And He Said To Them, That THE SON OF MAN IS LORD ALSO OF THE SABBATH.

HERE WE ARE FB FRIENDS AND OTHERS READING THESE SCRIPTURES TONIGHT.

THE SCRIPTURES ARE VERY CLEAR THE SABBATH BELONGS TO GOD AND HE ALSO LORD OF THE SABBATH.

AND WE KNOW NOW THE SABBATH IS THE SEVENTH DAY.

Good Sabbath Evening Fb Friends And Other.
Here are few texts for us this Sabbath evening.
I know and believe that those of you who have been on Sabbath Zooms today would have enjoyed your Sabbath.

HAPPY SABBATH TO EVERYONE!

So here are few Scriptures about the Sabbath.
1). [Genesis 2:2,3] (KJV).
[2]. And on the Seventh Day God ended His Work Which He Had Made; And He rested on the Seventh Day From All His Work Which He Had Made.
[3]. And God Blessed the Seventh Day, And Sanctified it: because that In It He Had Rested From All His Work Which God Created and made.

Going back to Verse 1 we see that this happens Wright after God finished His Work Of Creation.

So Let’s break down verses 2,3.
Vs:2,
On The Seventh Day,
1. God Ended His Work.
2. He (God) Rested.

Vs:3.
1. God Blessed The Seventh Day.
And
2. Sanctified it.

So Let’s do a recap on these 2 verses.

NOTICE WHAT HAPPENS.

1. GOD STOPS WORKING
2. GOD RESTED
3. GOD BLESSED
4. GOD SANCTIFIED

THE SEVENTH DAY.

NOW LETS NOT FORGET THAT GOD ALSO BLESSED EVERY FROM DAY 1 TO DAY 6. But the Seventh Day was deferent.

NOTICE ALSO THE SCRIPTURES DID NOT CALL IT A SABBATH HERE. BUT WHEN WE TO OTHER SCRIPTURES WE WILL SEE THAT IT WAS CALLED THAT SABBATH.

SO LETS GO TO THE SCRIPTURES.

[Exodus 20:8-12], (KJV)

Now may I encourage you to pray and ask God for wisdom and understanding of His word every time you open the Scriptures.
Friends, I encourage you to read these verses through when time permits.
But for now I like to show you what I intended to do for us at this time by the Holy Spirit.

Right: Our text.
[Ex. 20:8-12].
[8]. REMEMBER the SABBATH DAY to KEEN it HOLY.

Now keep in mind in this vs:[8] it is called the SABBATH DAY.

Let’s see what vs:[9,10] says?
[9]. Six day’s shall thou and do all thy work;
[10]. But the SEVENTH DAY IS THE SABBATH OF THE LORD THY GOD: in it thou shall not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy Cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

Notice vs:[10]
THE SEVENTH DAY IS THE SABBATH OF THE LORD THY GOD.

FRIENDS THE SCRIPTURES ARE VERY CLEAR HERE. THE SEVENTH DAY IS THE SABBATH.

Just on that note.
Let’s turn to vs:[11]. To finish us for this Sabbath as we close.

NOTICE.
[11]. For in six days the Lord made Heaven and Earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the Seventh Day: wherefore the Lord Blessed the Sabbath Day, And Hallowed it.

There we are friends this Verse I believe sums up everything about we read tonight.

It Is Not rocket science to understand the scriptures. But keep our mind open for the truth of the word of God.

GOOD EVENING FB FRIENDS!

Our Verse For This Evening Is Found In Hebrews 4:15.

I would like for you to read this text very carefully and try and understand the deeper meaning of what this text really mean.

(KJV), For we have not an High Priest Which cannot be touched with the feeling of our Infirmities; But Was In All Point TEMPTED Like As We Are, YET WITHOUT SIN. (Hebrews 4:15).

Let’s break it down and see what we can come up to fully understand this text.
This text as you can clearly see is in three part.

1st. We Have An High Priest Who is Touched And Have Felt our Infirmities.

This got me thinking.
I believe it means, every single time we disobey The the Scriptures / The Inspired Word Of God, He would feel it. Every time we commit sin He feels our infirmities.

And think about this one.
Every time we break the Law, we disobeyed Him And we have committed sin against Him.
He In Another Word Have Sympathy Over Us.
He feels our disobedient.

2nd. Like Us He Was Tempted In Every Point.

This Simply Means.
He has Experienced Temptations In Advance. He’s been through it.
In Other Word, He Knows What Being Tempted Is All About.
So Every Time We Are Tempted He Feels Our Failures.

3rd. Yet Without Sin.
This Part Of The Text Is Not Hard To Understand.
It Is Not Rocket Signs.
It Is Actually a Summary Of The 1st, And The 2nd, Part Of The Text.

If You Believe Me Or Not That’s What I Believe.

So Let’s Have A Jab At It.

Friends I believe this will change how you feel about The Law.
And All Ten Of Them.

Here’s The Question.
Why Didn’t He Sin?

Firstly, Let’s Ask Another Question.
What Is Sin?

Let’s Turn To The Scriptures For Help.
And Allow The Scripture To Explain Itself.
(KJV). [4] Whosoever Committeth Sin Transgresseth Also The Law: For Sin Is The Transgression Of The Law.

[5] And Ye Know That He Was Manifested to Take Away Our Sins; And In Him Is No Sin (1 John 3:4,5).

I Like Us To Notice Especially Vs:4.
Let’s Look At The Meaning Of The Word Transgress. It Means, An Act That Goes Against The Law.
Other Translations, It means Lawlessness.

The Bible Says, For Sin Is The Transgression Of The Law.

So Let’s Go Back To Our First Question.
Why Didn’t He (Jesus) Sin?

Fb Friends The Answer Is Obvious.

BECAUSE HE KEPT THE WHOLE LAW, THE TEN COMMANDMENTS.
HE NEVER DISOBEYED IT.
HE WAS OBEDIENT TO THE TEN COMMANDMENTS.

WHY WOULDN’T HE?
HE WROTE IT AND GAVE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE ON TABLETS OF STONES.
AND HE MADE IT NEW BY WRITING THEM ON OUR HEARTS, THE TABLETS OF FLESH.

WE SIN BECAUSE, WE DISOBEYED AND TRANSGRESS THE LAW IN EVERY WAY.

I HOPE THIS WILL HELP US UNDERSTAND WHY KEEPING THE TEN COMMANDMENTS IS IMPORTANT?

HAPPY SABBATH.
(KJV), [1] THUS the Heavens and the Earth were finished, and All the Host Of them. [2] And On The Seventh Day God Ended His Work Which He Had made; and He Rested On The Seventh Day From All His Work Which He Had Made. [3] And God “BLESSED” The Seventh Day, And “SANCTIFIED” It: Because That In It He Had Rested From All His Work Which God Created And Made. (Genesis 2:1-3).

It is what it is friends.
It is only fitting to begin this Sabbath with this text as something for us to think about this Saturday.
