I am grateful to be opening The Peace Concert at St Marks, Buderim on Nov 1.

There are some wonderful souls and artists involved in this event. I'll be playing a set of new songs that I've never played live before...🙌🏽

Be present, merciful God,
and protect us through the hours of this night:
that we, who are wearied
by the changes and chances of this fleeting world,
may rest on your eternal changelessness;
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.

How loved are we, that God blesses us with a sunrise every day? It is such a beautiful reminder on the feast of St Francis.

We had a wonderful day at All Saints, Yandina for Blessing of the Pets.

Come, O Spirit of God,
and make within us your dwelling place and home.
May our darkness be dispelled by your light,
and our troubles calmed by your peace;
may all evil be redeemed by your love,
all pain transformed through the suffering of Christ,
and all dying glorified by his risen life. Amen.

From tonight’s Gospel for Evening Prayer:

Matthew 9:36-38

When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

Then he said to his disciples,

‘The harvest is plentiful, but the labourers are few; therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into his harvest.’

Prayer of the Week- 18th Sunday after Pentecost:

O God,
you declare your almighty power
chiefly in showing mercy and pity:
mercifully grant us such a measure of your grace
that, running in the way of your commandments,
we may obtain your gracious promises,
and be made partakers of your heavenly treasure;
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

28/09/2026

Lighten our darkness, Lord, we pray:
and in your great mercy defend us
from all perils and dangers of this night;
for the love of your only Son our Saviour Jesus Christ.
Amen.
