Have you ever left Mass feeling like you genuinely encountered God?

Those moments rarely happen by accident. They are nurtured through prayerful preparation, thoughtful leadership, meaningful music, welcoming hospitality, and a community gathered with intention.

This year at Re-Encounter, we'll be exploring intentional liturgy. Not simply how we celebrate the liturgy, but how we can help create spaces where people feel welcomed, invited into prayer, and open to encountering Christ.

Next month, young adults from across Australia will gather at St Eugene's Retreat Centre for Re-Encounter 2026.

This year's theme explores leadership within our local communities and the role of intentional liturgy in creating meaningful spaces of encounter. Through formation, prayer, conversation and community, we'll take time to be renewed and reflect on where God is calling us next.
