Free Yoga & Meditation
Feeling the need to slow down and reconnect?
Join us for free yoga and meditation sessions held in the peaceful grounds of a Buddhist monastery. This is a chance to not only stretch out and breathe deeply but also to find a quiet, deeper part of yourself.
This is for everyone, regardless of experience. It's a supportive space to soften your body, settle your mind, and let your heart open.
Each week, you'll be guided through:
45 mins – Yoga: Gentle stretches to help you release tension and feel more at ease in your body. The focus is on how it feels, not how it looks.
45 mins – Meditation: Simple practices with breath and stillness to help you become more present.
30 mins – Q&A and Shared Reflection: A relaxed space to connect with others, ask questions, or just listen.
As this takes place in a sacred space, we kindly ask that you wear modest clothing out of respect for the monastery and do not bring meat, alcohol, illicit drugs, or ci******es.

Course Details:
When: Sundays, 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Where: Gold Coast Dharma Realm, 106 Bonogin Rd, Bonogin QLD 4213
Cost: Free. This course is offered with care by the monastery.
What to Bring: We provide cushions, mats, and blankets, but please bring your own yoga mat.
