Prayer at New Peninsula

We believe powerful things happen when God’s people come together to pray. Prayer is foundational to who we are and how we join in God’s work in our church, our community and our world. We want to be a church that seeks God expectantly, trusting that He hears us and moves through our prayers.

There are several opportunities to pray together each week, with two special prayer gatherings throughout November as we prepare for Advent and Christmas.

More Than What We Do

This Sunday, Dave unpacked what Ephesians teaches us about work, worth and identity.

Work is important, but it’s too thin a foundation to build our identity on. Our jobs, achievements and productivity can change, but our identity in Christ remains secure.

We don’t have to prove our worth through what we do. We can live and work from the confidence of knowing who we are in Jesus.

What does it look like to invest in others through mentoring?

We loved gathering for our Women’s Ministry event, "On the Couch", with Kylie Butler, CEO , as she shared insights on mentoring, leadership and the power of walking alongside others.

A wonderful time of learning, connection and encouragement as we consider how we can grow and help others grow too.

Sharing hope this Christmas, one bag at a time.

We’re so grateful to see our Christmas Hope Appeal featured in the Mornington Peninsula Leader.

Every bag is an opportunity to share the love of Jesus and bring a little extra hope, dignity and joy to a local family doing it tough this Christmas. Pick up a bag, fill it with love and return it to bless a family in our community. Together, we can make a BIG difference.

NEW Peninsula Community Caring is gearing up to help families in need this Christmas as it launches its annual Christmas Hope Appeal. Every year, the organisation partners with schools around the peninsula to deliver festive hampers to families experiencing hardship. The initiative runs from mid-Oct...

A little look at life at New Peninsula 💙

From the fun and faith-filled moments in Kids Church to exploring what it looks like to worship God in our everyday work, we love seeing faith lived out in all areas of life.

Church is more than a Sunday. It’s community, connection and following Jesus wherever we go.

A few moments from Sunday evening at Mt Martha: gathering, and sharing life.

We love being part of a church family where we can worship Jesus, encourage one another and do life together.

Hope to see you next Sunday for church and our community dinner!

Real people. Real community. Growing in faith. Sharing life together.

In her message on Ephesians 5, Lucy used two Coke cans to show how our words and actions can shape the hearts of our children. A crushed can can’t hold as much as one that’s whole. In the same way, when children are hurt or worn down, it can be harder for them to receive the love we want to give.

As parents, we have an opportunity to build our children up with patience, gentleness and love; creating space for them to grow and thrive.

A powerful reminder in our Thriving Families series.

Family. Faith. Life together.
