33rd IFAM Annual General Meeting | 24 October 2026

Alhamdulillah, the 33rd IFAM AGM was held at Bankstown Masjid, bringing together brothers and sisters from NSW and ACT in person, with members from other states joining online — reflecting IFAM’s nationwide presence and commitment to serving Muslim communities across Australia.

The AGM commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by Halaqa, Division and Circle reports, Central Departments’ reports, and financial reports.

Members came together to review progress, reflect on achievements, discuss priorities, and strengthen collaboration for the year ahead.

United in purpose, committed to service, and working together for the Australian Muslim community and the wider society. Through our WhyIslam dawah initiatives and Charity Australia International’s relief work, IFAM remains committed to sharing the message of Islam, supporting those in need, and making a meaningful difference across Australia and beyond.

ALHAMDULILLAH! THE DOORS ARE OPENING! 🕌

After 10 years of unwavering community support, dedication and hard work, the doors of Queanbeyan Masjid are finally opening for the community!

This journey has taken patience, sacrifice and the collective efforts of countless people. The COVID-19 pandemic changed the trajectory of the project and delayed its completion, but the vision never faded and the community’s support never stopped.

Alhamdulillah, the day we’ve been working towards is finally here! A place of worship, a centre for learning and a home for the Muslim community in Queanbeyan and the surrounding region.

Join us as we mark this special milestone and officially inaugurate Queanbeyan Masjid.
