Last Sunday, David challenged us to embrace Selah

In the middle of the pressure.
In the middle of the questions.
In the middle of the noise.

When life feels overwhelming and the worries of the world begin to weigh on your heart, don’t just push through but to pause

Pause to remember who God is.
Pause to worship.
Pause to fix your eyes on the One who still calms every storm.

Selah isn’t doing nothing.
It’s making space to remember everything God has already done.

Take a moment today.
Breathe.
Worship.
Selah.

Some caves become prisons.

But the Cave of Adullam became a place of preparation.

David entered the cave carrying hurt, rejection and uncertainty. The men who gathered around him came distressed, in debt and discontented. Yet God didn’t leave them there.

He took what was broken and made it whole.
He took the hidden place and turned it into a place of purpose.
He took ordinary men and shaped them into mighty warriors.

Maybe the cave you’re walking through isn’t the end of your story—maybe it’s where God is preparing you for your destiny.
