Today’s Gospel invites us into the quiet moment when Mary says yes to God.

Faced with uncertainty, she does not have every answer or know where the road ahead will lead. Yet she responds with humility, courage and trust: “I am the handmaid of the Lord.”

Mary reminds us that faith is not always about having certainty. Sometimes it is simply about being willing to say yes to God, one step at a time.

May we have the grace today to recognise where God may be calling us — and the trust to respond.
