"The pain is real, but it is not permanent."

Whatever challenge you may be facing today, God's Word reminds us that present suffering is temporary, but the glory that awaits God's children is eternal.

The tears, the waiting, the disappointments, and the battles you carry today cannot be compared to what God is preparing for you tomorrow. Hold on to your faith. Keep trusting. Keep praying. Keep moving forward.

Your current season is not your final destination.

"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." — Romans 8:18

May this verse strengthen every weary heart and remind us that God is still working, even when we cannot yet see the full picture.

Grey hair is a crown of glory when it is found in the way of righteousness. (Proverbs 16:31)
This Elder Sunday, we celebrate the men and women who have walked with God through seasons of victory, challenges, waiting, and faith. Their lives remind us that faith is not just a moment—it is a lifelong journey.
Hebrews 11 tells us that by faith, the elders obtained a good testimony. Abraham received God's promise at 75 years old and continued to trust Him. His story reminds us that God's plans do not expire with age, and faith never retires.
To every elder: keep moving forward in faith. Do not be discouraged by what was not achieved in the past. God is not finished with your story. Stay strong, stay hopeful, and continue to trust the One who called you.
We honour your wisdom, your prayers, your sacrifices, and your example.

God never intended for us to carry life's burdens alone.
In every season, there will be people around us carrying weights we cannot see, grief, fear, loneliness, financial struggles, health challenges, and silent battles. As believers, we are called not only to notice but to help carry those burdens.
The Church is more than a place of worship; it is a family. A place where the weak find strength, the weary find encouragement, and no one walks alone.
Today, ask yourself: Who can I encourage? Who can I pray for? Who can I support?
A simple act of kindness, a prayer, a phone call, or a listening ear can make all the difference.
"Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." — Galatians 6:2
At Beautiful Gate Sydney, we believe that no one should be left behind. Together, we grow stronger.

As Wednesday draws to a close here in Sydney, take a moment to pause and reflect on what truly matters.

God's call is not complicated:
✔️ Act justly
✔️ Love mercy
✔️ Walk humbly with Him.

In a world that often rewards pride, self-promotion, and indifference, Micah 6:8 reminds us that God's desire is for hearts that reflect His character.

Tonight, ask yourself:
• Have I shown kindness where mercy was needed?
• Have I stood for what is right?
• Am I walking closely with God this week?

The Christian life is not measured by how much we know, but by how faithfully we live what God has already shown us.

May the remainder of this week be marked by justice, mercy, and humble obedience to God in Jesus name.

Praise the Lord.
Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens. Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness. Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe, praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals.
LET EVERYTHING THAT HAS BREATHE PRAISE THE LORD.
