Last night St Mark’s Youth slept rough for Roughtober! ⛺️💤😴 We learnt a lot about homelessness in Sydney and experienced only a glimpse of what it might be like to sleep rough. Thank you for everyone who donated, we ended up with a grand total of $3314! 🤩

Bring on the power! 💥💪😤

Whether it’s Tim’s muscles, the government, or a passage from the Bible, there are a lot of things in our lives which have power over us.

But no-matter what has power over you, Jesus has the supremacy and has ultimate dominion and authority over everything in creation. Even over death and sin, which has lead us to being forgiven for our sins and reconciled with God.

P.S. Don’t forget to look into your Bible reading guide for some useful tips and tricks on how to read your very own Bible, and to set a goal for your Bible reading this term! 😁

🪴Growing in Christ🪴

God is the ruler of everything because he created everything. He is the source and maker of all that exists, including all the good and beautiful places we see. What part of Gods creation are you thankful for?

Hof also created us to rule over his good creation, and to take care of it. How can we take care of the world better whilst honouring and obeying God as our ruler?
