Do you have a passion for helping people move toward holistic wellbeing and positive life change?
Pathway Community Centre is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our team in a part-time role (15 hours per week over 3 days).
This role involves:
✔ Supporting and advocating for clients
✔ Assessing needs and connecting people with appropriate services
✔ Developing new programs and workshops
✔ Assisting with crisis intervention and support
✔ Contributing to future case management services
We're looking for someone with:
✅ A degree in Social Work
✅ A heart for people and community
✅ Strong communication and advocacy skills
✅ Experience in case management (desirable)
