Mentone Anglican Church has been worshiping God and serving the local community for over 130 years. We are a Church that seeks to be growing in God’s Word and sharing the joy and glory of Jesus Christ with our neighbours. We offer two Sunday Worship Services at 8am and 10am (with a weekly 10am Sunday School) as well as a 10am Wednesday Worship Service. Today we celebrated Trinity Sunday and the Feast Day of St Augustine of Canterbury, our Patronal Saint. After the service the congregation enjoyed a delicious lunch of soup, sandwiches and slices. Thank you to all who prepared the delicious spread.

Today we celebrated Pentecost the 50th day of Easter. Pentecost commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Christ, while they were in Jerusalem celebrating the Feast of Weeks, as described in the Acts of the Apostles (Acts 2:1–31).
The Intercession Prayesr were read in Hungarian, Dutch, Neo Aramaic, Afrikaans, Sinhalese, Portuguese, French and English.
