Let’s take a look back at 2025 at SKEBC🤍
This year, church happened in many places.
In homes and out in the country. Around brunch tables and over coffee. In shared conversations about the service, in moments of quiet reflection, and joyful celebration.
We gathered through Community Kitchen dinners and food handouts, sharing over 2,600 meals and countless conversations. We welcomed new members, blessed others as they stepped into new adventures, and continued to grow together as a community.
We cleaned the church, played games, shared MOTH and contemplative services, gathered around the communion table, and kicked a footy in the sun. We laughed and danced at Wassailing, celebrated together at CK Christmas Party, honoured our volunteers, and shared Christmas Eve dinner.
We also gave thanks and blessed our Interim Pastor as he completed two years of faithful ministry with us and begins his caravan journey around Australia.
As we look ahead to the new year, we’re excited to welcome our new pastor in March. Thank you to each and every one of you who contributed to our church life this year.
Through it all we want to give thanks to God who is at the centre of all we do.
