Through statistical modeling, we identified two segments — Secure Creators (high-performing organizations), which represented 42% of the survey sample and Prone Enterprises (lower-performing organizations), which represented 58% of the survey sample."

HMMM....are they talking about down and up time of a page or how can you crash a browser? Pushnng it beyond it's RAM capacity so the OS and the hardware guy get the message, not the signal - works esp. well with Microsoft and MacIntosh products that operate their own hardware and software because there is no escaping responsability.
So... to be clear, and to avoid any confusion, I have a collection of computers that were rendered inoperable, and regardless of what you say in your non-negotiable terms of trade, I have always reserved the right to a variation of contract as the purchaser and the non-financially benefiting party to the commmercial contact where the standard clauses are excluded, but not negated.
