The Yom Ha’atzmaut Breakfast at Caulfield Shule brought together 230 community members for a meaningful and uplifting morning.

A highlight of the morning was a special address by Sharri Markson, whose insights and reflections resonated strongly with attendees. The program also featured a reassuring address from David Southwick, as well as a surprise address by Eli Beer, founder of United Hatzalah.

The event was a wonderful expression of community spirit, pride, and connection, and a fitting way to mark Israel’s Independence Day together as a community.

After the heartbreak of last week in Bondi, something else has stood out.

This Thursday, we’re once again taking part in A Time to Say Thank You.

It’s a simple but powerful initiative. Coming together to prepare and deliver hampers to frontline emergency workers who quietly give so much, often without recognition. It’s our way of saying thank you, through action.
