3rd day : guided meditation Abhaya thero
9 Mar 2024 -
Aloka- first session -white bright light.
second session - bright purple and white glitter around it, continuous and didn't end until I opened my eyes.
pain on head center and pain in right arm vain.

4th Day: Sermons for beginners / kids - abhaya thero
10 Mar 2024 - aaloka - purple light

5th Day: meditation alone in the dark (car)
12 Mar 2024 - Aloka - Purple

6th Day: Meditation alone - morning
14 Mar 2024 - Aloka - purple light

19th March 2024 - meditation at home- in the dark - light weighted body

20 th Mar 2024 - daytime meditation at home. Aloka - purple and golden yellow

22 th Mar 2024 - Daytime Meditation at home. 45min
Aloka - started with Bright yellow then very bright purple with pure white, then pure white. continued until I opened my eyes.
Complete emptiness, no thoughts

28th March Canberra - with Abhaya Thero - Aaloka - white stripes and purple, continues (in the night session). chilled arms and legs on surface level

7th April 2024 - home meditation , purple light , white blinking light and light yellow lights , no thoughts
