Astha Nepali Hindu Society of Victoria-Shree Pashupatinath Temple This is the only faith-based society of Nepalese communities in Australia In addition to the main prayer area, the temple will feature a community hall.

This initiative aims to establish the Pashupatinath Temple in the southeastern region of Melbourne, a dedicated space for prayer and meditation. The temple will serve as a tranquil sanctuary, focusing on spiritual practices and fostering a peaceful environment for contemplation. This hall will be a versatile space, hosting a variety of religious functions and community activities. It is designed t

o serve as a cultural and social hub for the Nepalese community residing in the eastern and southeastern suburbs of Melbourne. The establishment of this temple is not just about creating a physical structure, but about building a community centre that nurtures cultural heritage, spiritual growth, and communal harmony. It will be a place where individuals and families can come together to celebrate their faith, engage in cultural traditions, and strengthen their bonds with the community.
