It wasn’t an easy endeavour for our candidates from the Philippines to be able to travel to Schoenstatt Germany to begin their initial training period to become Schoenstatt Sisters of Mary. It took a while for their visa to be granted. Now they have all they need and are on their way. They tell us here how that feels and what they are looking forward to:
“Passport. Check! - Check! Visa? Check la check! For me too: check la check! Are you ready for Germany? Yes. More than ready. Hey, can you believe it? We’re finally going. Yes! After all those years discerning, praying, and trusting God’s timing! What excites you most? Meeting our batch-mates, visiting the original shrine, and most especially, praying in the Founder’s Chapel. Me too. But most of all, seeing how God is fulfilling his call in our lives. We’re not just traveling to Germany. We’re taking another step in the vocation God has prepared for us. With a simple yes to a lifetime mission: Schoenstatt: Here we come!

Here are some of the impressions of this year’s annual Marian Pilgrimage at Mount Schoenstatt Mulgoa.
Auxiliary Bishop Tony Percy of the Archdiocese of Sydney celebrated Holy Mass for over 900 pilgrims.
The highlight of the day was the sending out of six new Pilgrim Mother Shrines and the renewed commissioning and blessing of all Pilgrim Mother coordinators.
After a very delicious multicultural lunch we gathered in the valley for the Eucharistic procession. Following the blessed Sacrament we prayed the Holy Rosary.
In between each decade Fr Pawel gave a blessing.
Those who were unable to take part in the procession remained at the Shrine and were given the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick.
The day concluded with a thanksgiving devotion and benediction.
What a wonderful day it was! A special thanks to all the volunteers who helped in making this day possible!

On June 7, there was a lot happening on Mount Schönstatt!
Together with Bishop Ackermann, Diocesan Bishop of Trier, and numerous pilgrims from near and far, we celebrated the Feast of Corpus Christi. After the festive Holy Mass in the Trinity Church, the procession with the Blessed Sacrament made its way across Mount Schönstatt. Along the route, visitors could admire the lovingly designed flower carpets — an impressive sign of devotion to Jesus in the Eucharist.
In the afternoon, we Schoenstatt Sisters of Mary opened our doors to all interested visitors. During the “Open House Day,” there was much to discover: inspiring insights into the lives of the sisters, guided tours through the Motherhouse, the opportunity to ask questions to the General Superior, a colorful program for children, and many wonderful encounters.
A day full of faith, community, and joy — it was wonderful to have so many people with us!

Our procession this year will take place in Schoenstatt, Germany next Sunday. It is a special joy for us that our Bishop Stefan Ackermann from will celebrate with us. Holy Mass in the Adoration Church at 9:00 a.m., followed by the procession. In the afternoon, there will be an open house in the sisters’ houses.

(This is an excerpt from the YouTube video, link in bio) I am Sister M. Vandana, a member of the Sisters of Mary, India. For nine years I have been entrusted to serve as a principal at Saint Mary’s Public School, run by our sisters in Bengaluru, which has one thousand one hundred students from kindergarten to grade ten and forty four teaching faculty members. I strongly believe that our founder walks with me and guides me in all situations. Led by the caring hand of our dear MTA, I make my step towards school, which is a few meters away from the shrine. On the way, I meet many teachers, students, and parents. Greeting each other with a beautiful smile brings me more joy in my heart. I feel that Mother Mary is using me as her instrument to radiate her glory through me.t is not so easy to bring together students, teachers, and parents belonging to different religions, cultures, and mentalities. Sometimes we may experience rejection or misunderstanding from parents, but still, as the Marian Sister, I tried to be an example by having friendly dialogue with them, practicing patience, understanding, and showing compassion through my being so that people may find God and the Mother of God.

What is the best thing about being a sister? Here are the answers of a few of our sisters who live in Australia.

Every year, a group of sisters gets together to go on a pilgrimage for vocations. We walk from our shrine in Waukesha to our shrine in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It’s a journey of about twenty one miles, and it entails many sacrifices, as most of us are not prepared for such a long walk. But it’s sacrifices that we offer joyfully for a very special intention, and that is for vocations. So during this Jubilee year, we hope that this pilgrimage will bear much fruit. We offered many sacrifices, many rosaries, many Hail Marys for the intentions of these young women that they, like the Blessed Mother, can say their yes to God’s will and work with us to bring our mission about into the future.
