Good Morning brothers!!
Today’s reading continues with St. Paul letters to Philippians, I can’t tell you how important this letter is for all of us to align ourself with our Lord’s expectation. “Do everything without grumbling or questioning, that you may be blameless and innocent”. These are golden verses my brothers, if you think about it, these are just basic things to do in our daily life, but it holds the keys to the doors of salvation. I personally love the whole letter to Philippians, they were game changers for me. In Gospel, we read one of the radical verses “If anyone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters—yes, even their own life—such a person cannot be my disciple.” (Luke 14:26). The challenge for us to understand the word “Hate”, which basically means to prioritize God above everything else. For me personally it’s a challenge to let go my favourite worldly material that are an obstacle to experience Lord’s love and freedom. Lord we pray that you give us the grace and wisdom to give up all the obstacles in our life and help us to focus only on you. Amen 🙏
