Thankfulness fills you with positive energy.�When a person is thankful, their smile comes from the inside out. And when you realize that everything good you have is because of Jesus, your life becomes more meaningful and you become closer and more intimate with Him. That is why it is important to take some time each day to say thank-You to the giver of all blessings: Jesus.�Think about it:�• God sent His Son Jesus to earth, where He became a man so He could die on the cross to give you eternal life (1 John 4:9-10).�• No matter what you have done, Jesus’ sacrifice is more than strong enough to wash your sinful record clean (John 3:16).�• But He didn’t stop there. He prays for you and is caring for you (Romans 8:34).�What gifts of God are you especially thankful for? What things around you, in nature, in your life, and in your relationships cause You to praise Him? What “wondrous works” has He done in your life?�Take some time to count your blessings — and to give thanks for them — today!

Take a moment and consider the list of Jesus’ earthly works.�It includes such things as: healing the sick, turning water into wine, feeding the hungry, walking on water, and raising the dead.�Yet, in today’s verse, Jesus said if we believed in Him we could do such works too. Whatever we asked in His Name, He would do, so God would be glorified through Jesus’ life here on earth (John 14:13-14).�Everyone who believes in Jesus is endowed with gifts from Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 14:11). Yet many believers live far below their potential when it comes to using their spiritual gifts.�Are you letting your God-given gifts sit idle, or are you asking Him to show you how to reach your full potential in life — in reaching others, in your relationships, your finances, and your career?�God’s blessings are never-ending for those who put their faith in Him, for those who live in obedience to Him.�The blessings of the past are wonderful, but the best is yet to come if you remain faithful. So keep hoping, praying, and using your talents and gifts to share the Good News and to experience the adventures God has planned for you.
