* A clear testimony of being born again, with a personal faith in Jesus Christ
* A genuine calling from God for missionary work
* A life marked by spiritual maturity, humility, and a heart for the Gospel
* Willingness to serve cross-culturally and sacrificially for the advancement of God’s Kingdom
