Rejoice AND Reflection

Today is a significant day for us in Melbourne and regional Victoria. We come out of lockdown at 11 59 tonight and we are told lockdowns will not happen again. It's been a long time for us all and to many there has been much hardship.We pray for our economy to get back on its feet and the days are smooth for business to restart and reopen.

Let's Pray
Dear Jesus, for all who know you we have always known you have never left us through our hard times. We know there is still a virus out there, please protect those who read this and their families. Today is a mixture of how we rejoice in you Jesus with reflection for others. We pray we never forget you in good times as we do easily remember you in the bad times. We pray we rejoice and be glad that you are the one that orders our steps as we move forward. As we look to a new day coming tomorrow we first take time to reflect, take a moment to remember people that have lost loved ones to this virus and could continue to. We pray for everyone this has happened to and Jesus please give them your peace and strength to get through.

We look forward as we all go into our next day tomorrow, we can rejoice in seeing our lives normalise so we can go ahead with our life. We join in together and pray for our churches to reopen, to worship and rejoice in you openly again our Lord Jesus. We thankyou for getting us through this time in whatever way we had to and believe you are always for us and never against us .In Jesus name we pray Amen 🙏

FULL CIRCLE prayer
Love AND Peace

We all want this. Sometimes we harden our heart to not go after it or let it find us because of past hurt but over all we still crave to have some sort of love come our way to give us peace. Through different types of friendship even if not from a relationship we always think it's the most important way to live is to love, that we are missing out if we don't get it. Our first family shows us love but even then some of us won't experience much from that. So there has to be more and there is! God is a good God, He cannot have created us for us to rely on others to get us through. And through His promises He shows that all we have to do is reach out to Jesus to find it by knowing Him!

We love because he first loved us.

Let's pray
Dear Jesus, we thankyou that we can come directly to you and pray. God brought you into our world to show us the LOVE of our heavenly Father. We thank God He loves us so much to show up in human form through you Jesus so we could know the heart of our Father in heaven. We thankyou that we can experience LOVE through you without the aid of another person to make it happen. I pray that people who experience difficulties in love will come to know you for your peace, peace that surpasses all understanding in the chaos of this world, peace and love that comes from knowing you Jesus. In your name Amen 🙏

FULL CIRCLE prayer
Despair

There is so much going on in the world today. It's all around us, which ever way we turn something is going on that causes a lot of sadness.We feel dejected, depressed and can't seem to shake it off through our longing for something better. And when we can't see tomorrow any better than today we lose hope. And that is the worst of it. Because we all should want hope! And a smile on our face at least once a day....Robyn M

As the words of a song I heard growing up come to mind.....
Turn your eyes towards Jesus. Look full in His wonderful face.And the things of earth will grow strangely dim, in the light of His glory and grace

Let's pray.
Lord Jesus, we come to you to ask for your help to find our hope again instead of expecting despair that comes from this world. Feelings of not getting what we hope for. So many people often feel hopelessness as a part of life but God we ask you to help us not be weary and please give us the courage and strength to want to see hope in these dark times and show others there is a better future no matter what we go through. Please help us overcome feeling despondent and turn it into your hope you freely give us and in turn care for others so they see it too. One by one help show us individually that you care God by showing us the many reasons why you sent Jesus to us. He came to overcome the worlds despair to give us hope in you God and in each other. In Jesus name we pray Amen 🙏

FULL CIRCLE prayer
Forgiveness

I find this world is such an unforgiving place full of unforgiving people yet God tells us we need to forgive each other. In fact He insists on it. I understand why it's necassary so we don't get hard hearted towards each other and bitter with hatred for each other but when people hurt us individually we can't see why we should forgive. But we forget we are the 'people' too hurting others. We do it or others do it intentionally or not, it doesn't matter which it is when we are hurting. So we carry it, talk about it, get others onside with us and keep it going. It doesn't matter because let's face it ..we hurt!! God sees it another way. While we hold on to hurt He can't work with us because we are all bitter, twisted inside and prefer revenge to forgiveness. . Robyn M.

Let's pray
Dear Jesus, this is one of the hardest things you ask of us to forgive especially when some things are unforgivable. But you would not ask us unless it's possible. As your word says our hearts are deceived above all else so it comes natural to us to stay unforgiving instead. But you are a 'super'natural God who wants us to forgive so we can be made whole, completed, feel love instead of hate that can eventually consumes us. Please help us look to you for this help so our natural thought becomes a supernatural thought to really genuinely forgive. We can't do this without you. But I know you know us better than we know ourselves and this is the only way to really heal to move forward. In Jesus name Amen 🙏
