✨When the building radiated for a moment in the South East. 

Over the weekend members from Dandenong, Casey and Lilydale youth had the opportunity to host a concert fundraiser night! 🎶 Gathering some legends from all across Melbourne to share their talents for one incredible night to help raise funds for an upcoming Pathfinder Camporee in Cairo! 🏕️ 🇪🇬

Special thanks to everyone involved who made this night possible and to our amazing line up: The Comissioners, Conchords, Jether Lapojapo, Lilydale Youth Band, Le Quest, Male Voices, Melbourne Adventist Youth Choir, Solomon Island Boys, Tino Tuisitala, Waterstone Family, Jade, Geniee, Jacinta, Krystal, Dawn and Janelle for sharing your gifts! 

With a target of $15k to help provide resources and materials for the Camporee, we were able to raise $3.8k from donations alone, which has helped us reach $10k thus far - it’s so close to our goal! (Should you wish to support and help us reach $15k, donate to our GofundMe page).

⚠️ Update: We have a rescheduled date for our volleyball tournament 🙏🤞 - September 12, 3-9pm* (All subject to further announcements in VIC).

All teams have been notified of this new date, and any further changes will be communicated to y’all here or directly.

In the meantime:
1. 🙏 Please keep this event in your prayers, there’s a lot of planning/ replanting bts!
2. 👥 You still have time to strategise and form your dream team. If you need a little help - D.A.Y is happy to help you! Please contact Sarah on 0438 197 927 to be allocated to a group.
3. 🏆 Practice and get your team ready to play and maybe even win 👀

Acts 2:44-47 tells us of a dynamic group of people on fire for God and how they continued to meet. We may not be able to “break (physical) bread and eat together” (iso 🏠) in our small group meet ups now, but what we have in this season is a focus on the ‘spiritual’ bread. We may be apart, but we are not alone.

Stay connected!
Let us come, pray and break (spiritual) bread this weekend. 🍞
