Monash Catholics

Monash Catholics Our motto is "Lumen Beatum Praedicans", Preaching the Blessed Light. We became affiliated with the Australian Catholic Student Association (ACSA) in 2021.

We are the Monash Catholics society, and we exist to provide formation, support and community to Catholic students and those interested in Catholicism at Monash University. Monash Catholics is affiliated with MSA Clubs & Societies, and was established officially as a student club in 2019. Our club aims to support Catholic students during their time at Monash University in their spiritual growth, t

heir knowledge of the faith and their love of Christ. We also provide a platform for those interested in Catholicism to learn more about the faith. Our motto, “Lumen Beatum Praedicans”, expresses our intention to share the light of truth with others in our daily lives as university students. We are grateful for the Monash University Chaplaincy and for all of our past and present Catholic chaplains in particular who have supported Catholics and non-Catholics spiritually in their faith journeys at the university for many decades up to the present day.
