Hope Kids Playgroup

Hope Kids Playgroup Hope Kids Playgroup runs on Thursdays 10.00-11.30am during school terms. Hope Uniting Church Hall, 829 Anzac Parade, Maroubra. All welcome. No booking needed.

We aim to nurture young children, support and connect families and build a stronger community. HOPE KIDS PLAYGROUP is a community playgroup initiative hosted by Hope Uniting Church. It is an oppportunity for children to play, participate in activities and interact and for parents and carers to have a chat while supervising their child. If possible, we ask for a donation of $4 per family per visit.

Please bring your child's own snacks, water bottle, sunscreen and hat. We'd love to meet you there! No bookings are necessary - you can simply turn up. On your first visit you will be asked to complete a registration form once you are settled. We will notify you of any changes via this page and email (if we have your email address). Please use the message button on this page to ask any questions you may have. Enquiries are handled throughout the week - not just on Thursdays.

This week we marked National Reconciliation Week. We had turtles to decorate and we listened to a story called “Splosh for the billabong” and acted out the animals. There was plenty of fun to be had with the cars, blocks and playdough. Hope you can join us soon.

Today was a delight for curious little fingers with squishy, glittery paint bags, finger painting and homemade playdough. Why not join us for a messy time and save having to clean up at home!!
It was a beautiful day for outdoor play and the magnetic tiles, cars and play kitchen were very popular too!
