Sukkapakkhassa 3 kham (waxing moon day 3) of the month of Phussa (Pussamāsa, the 2nd lunar month), in the year of the Great Buddhajayanti, 2614 Buddhist Era.
It corresponds to Monday, the 22nd of December, in the year commemorating the Buddha’s Parinibbāna, 2568 Buddhist Era.
Today is considered a day on which all conditions are fully prepared to invite and install the Mahāchatra upon the Ratana Pallanka Cetiya, raising Mahāchatra to the summit of the Great Pandukambalasilāsana Mahāvihāra, a sacred place for enshrinement.
All has now been completed in perfect fullness.
Therefore, we express rejoicing (anumodanā) to the Devas, Brahmās, and celestial beings,
and to all donors who have made contributions.
Especially to the venerable benefactor who took the primary role in initiating the construction— President Nongnooj Tanadumrongsak. Today, her undertaking has been successfully accomplished, and we rejoice together.
10:19 a.m. — The structure made contact with the base of the Pallanka.
10:20 a.m. — A slight adjustment was made.
10:21 a.m. — It was carefully positioned and secured into place.
10:22 a.m. — Fully set, stable, and motionless, bringing the great wholesome Mahā-kusala-dhamma to completion.
The installation of the Mahāchatra of the Ratana Cetiya—with Citta, Cetasika, Rūpa, and Nibbāna—has been completed in perfect fullness and consummation.
Buddha preached the Abhidhamma, comprising 42,000 Dhammakkhandha,
bringing to accomplishment eighty koṭis of Ariyapuggala, through a discourse delivered over 90 days at Tāvatiṅsāpaṇḍukambalasilāāsana.
