EASTER - it's the time when Christians remember Jesus's essential message, his death and resurrection. Holy Week, as it is called, starts with Palm Sunday, this coming Sunday, when we remember when Jesus was celebrated by the people of the city he was visiting as bringing a message of hope, healing and restoration.

Not long after this the religious leaders of the day, conspired with the Roman rulers, to organised his ex*****on on what we now call Good Friday. Jesus' message was too much of a threat to their power and control.

But God is more powerful than death and on Easter Sunday we celebrate Jesus' resurrection. We also celebrate that Jesus has introduced a new life and a new world for us all.

EASTER - is a time when we think about Jesus' journey over Holy Week, we turn inward and think about where we are going in life, what we want to change and how to live as members of God's new Kingdom.

If you want to join us on this journey come to one of our Easter Services.
