We are SO grateful for the ongoing partnership that we have with the Greenfields Primary School. T’was such a fun and encouraging morning to engage with another local church Elevation Church, and the school’s staff, teachers, parents, and students, and to raise funds towards the annual Red Shield Appeal! Thank you to all who attended and assisted yesterday morning - our hearts are full.

Have you spotted us out at shopping centres yet? This week, we have been collecting at Halls Head Shopping Centre. It is not too late to drop-by and say hello, and donate to the annual Red Shield Appeal. All funds raised will go towards the services such as food emergency relief, showers, breakfast, and more that we provide here at Mandurah Salvos. What a fun and joy-filled evening we had last week with the Mandurah Pirates Rugby Union Club, cooking up sausage sizzle to raise funds towards the annual Red Shield Appeal! Not only was it awesome to see many kids & families wearing red and interact with our Shieldy, it was also encouraging to make a presence and engage with our local community to help support those who are doing it tough!

A very sincere thank you once again to the Mandurah Pirates Rugby Union Club for having us and your support to our services. Thank you also to the team who served last week. We could not have done it without you all. Together we can be the HOPE for our community.

What a wonderful afternoon lunch we had yesterday, appreciating and celebrating some of our volunteers from Community Connect! We thank you once again for their time, care, and services that they continuously give towards our local community.
We also welcomed a few students from the Acknowledge Education College, who have commenced their practical placement with us for their Community Services Awards - learning while offering extra hands and assistance to the team. How awesome it is to be on mission together to support those who are doing it tough across the Peel region!

• ANZAC Day 2026 • As always, our team has been out once again since 5am this morning to serve tea, coffee, water, and homemade ANZAC biscuits to our local community both at the Dawn and ANZAC services.

Thank you to all those who have participated and come together in remembering the sacrifices of others and the hope for peaceful days ahead.
“May the God of hope lead us in wisdom and help us to grow compassion as we spread loving kindness and sow seeds of peace. Amen.”

We will remember them. Lest we forget.
