Joseph, God has a wonderful plan and purpose for you. He loves you so much, and we pray that you will grow up in our church to know Jesus as your Saviour!

And that’s a wrap on 4-week ‘Vox’ youth series! We’ve spent time in Luke’s gospel, discussing raw and real questions and seeing who Jesus is.

We’ve had so many youth come along and hear about Jesus, some for the very first time! It’s been so encouraging for the leaders to talk through deep questions and dive into the foundations of Christianity in a way we haven’t before at TC Youth.

Praise God! Pray for our youth that they would continue to ask questions, dive into God’s Word and keep bringing their friends along to youth.

Sunday mornings at Trinity Church Unley are such good opportunities to remind ourselves of beautiful truths about God, His plans and His mercies, and to encourage one another to fill our heads and our hearts with these things - for the glory of God and for our good, not just on Sundays but always 🙏

June: In The Vine 🌿

The young adults from Trinity Church Unley and gathered together for dinner, chats and a fantastic workshop into what the Bible says about giving. Thank you Des from for taking us through the Bible, showing us what it looks like to be cheerful givers, and answering our questions!

On Sunday, our ministry apprentice Tom took us through the story of Jesus on the road to Emmaus in Luke 24!

Tom showed us how Jesus, the Risen Lord, is welcomed by the travellers on the road, and becomes their host - but they don’t recognise Him for who He is. Jesus takes them through the Scriptures - that are actually all about Him! Then, during their meal, Jesus reveals Himself to them as the Risen Lord, opening their eyes! Then He vanishes.

Tom showed us how then the travellers immediately testified to the truth they now understood! They should have recognised Jesus in the first place, but Jesus was patient and kind to them and opened their eyes.

Even though they were blind to Jesus, He was still always the Risen Lord, the death crusher, the Saviour! We pray that the Spirit would help us to see Jesus for who He is, that He would open our eyes and change our hearts!
