A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful volunteers at Buddha House for creating such beautiful conditions for an incredible weekend of the Vajrasattva Initiation with Geshe Tenzin Zopa.
We were incredibly fortunate to have Geshela guide us through each step of the initiation with such clarity, and profound detail. It was both a pleasure and a great privilege to receive this precious initiation, teachings and to spend the weekend in his presence.
The Gompa looked magnificent, with the altar resplendently beautiful — a true reflection of the devotion, care and generosity of all the dedicated volunteers at Buddha House who contributed to making the weekend so special.
And to finish the weekend, we shared a lovely walk and picnic in the Botanic Gardens with Geshela — a beautiful and joyful way to bring such a meaningful weekend to a close.

We are pleased to share precious advice from Lama Zopa Rinpoche and Lama Yeshe, along with many causes for rejoicing, including an overview of the recent beneficial and essential activities supported through FPMT Charitable Projects.

In response to the floods and mudslides along the Nepal-Tibet border, many generous donors quickly responded to our new FPMT Emergency Relief Fund. In this month’s newsletter, you can learn how the funds have been used so far, and we will continue to keep you updated on needs and relief progress.
