Last Sunday at , we came together as a community to celebrate Saka Dawa 🏯✨, honoring the three most sacred milestones in the life of Shakyamuni Buddha: his birth 👶, his enlightenment 🧘‍♂️, and his parinirvana 🌅🌌.

​It was a powerful day dedicated to multiplying our positive intentions, prayers, and actions by 100 million times! 📈❤️🔥

​Our devotion spanned from dawn until evening, filled with beautiful, meaningful practices 📿. The community engaged in taking vows during the 6:00am Precepts 🌅, Bathing the Buddha in the afternoon 💦🌸, chanting the Names of Manjushri 🗣️📜, making extensive offerings 🕯️🍇, and closing the night with a heart-opening Shakyamuni Buddha Puja 🙏✨.

​As Lama Zopa Rinpoche reminds us about the incredible power of practicing on this specific day:

"On this day, whatever meritorious action you do is multiplied 100 million times. This is the best opportunity to purify your mind, collect extensive merit, and bring yourself closer to enlightenment." 🕊️💎🌟
