St Francis Xavier Catholic Parish, Lurnea Welcome to Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Lurnea Official page. We are a warm, welcoming parish, supportive and caring. Thu Nguyen, Parish Priest.

Our parish was established in 1965 and is on the South Western border of the Sydney Archdiocese. We have over 4000 parishioners along with Fr. The SFX Lurnea Parish contains two primary schools;
St Francis Xavier, Lurnea and
St Catherine of Siena, Prestons. Together with the Parish Pastoral Council, Liturgy Committee and the Parish Youth Group , we are making our community an inclusive one, in which every parishioner feels a part of it.
