Happy 90th Birthday, Abouna Mina!
Today we give thanks to our loving Lord for blessing our church and our community with 90 years in the life of our beloved father and shepherd, Abouna Mina.

Your life has been a living gospel full of prayer, humility, sacrifice, and endless love for your children in Christ. For nine decades you have walked faithfully with God, guiding generations to the altar, teaching us the true meaning of repentance, service, and trusting in our Lord Jesus Christ.

We thank God for every Divine Liturgy you prayed, every soul you comforted, every tear you wiped away, and every heart you brought closer to Christ. Truly, you are a blessing to our parish and a shining example of a faithful servant.

May our Lord grant you many more years in peace, health, and joy.

Today we were truly blessed by the presence of H.E. Bishop Paula, Metropolitan of the Diocese of Tanta, Egypt.

His Grace shared a powerful spiritual message from today’s Gospel, Luke 11:34 reminding us that “the eye is the lamp of the body,” and encouraging us to always keep our eyes pure and focused on Christ, so our whole life may be filled with light.

We thank God for this beautiful blessing and for our beloved fathers who guide us in the Orthodox faith.
May the Lord preserve His Grace and bless his holy service always.

Merry Christmas to all!

The usual Thursday liturgy will be pushed back to 7:30am - 9:30am on Thursday 25/12, to celebrate our first Liturgy on the outdoor '21 Martyrs of Libya' altar on the Christmas day public holiday.

The coffee cart will be open for coffee and light snacks afterwards.

Join us with your families for this special event in preparation for our Lord's Nativity.

Dear parents,

St Abraam church has a wonderful professional vacation care every school holiday. Childcare rebate approved.

We will operate the coming school holiday from Thursday 11/12/25- Tuesday 30/1/26 (excluding public holidays and orthodox Christmas) from 7.30 am until 6.30 pm
$95 per day including all the activities and incursions.
