Men’s Fellowship Group – Off to a Great Start!
Thank you to all who joined us for our first Men’s Fellowship gathering last Thursday! It was a fantastic morning of conversation, connection, and service as we began tidying the Garden of St Francis. 🌿
We’re meeting again tomorrow (Thursday 7th August) after the 8:30am Mass to finish the garden—and all men are warmly welcome, whether you came last time or not. Come for the cuppa, stay for the mateship. ☕

Just in time for Good Shepherd Sunday!
“God of the dead and of the living we pray for the eternal rest of Pope Francis’. We now rejoice in the election of Pope Leo XIV. We pray that he will continue to lead the church in the spirit of Pope Francis, reaching out to the poor, caring for migrants, and bringing peace, especially in those areas of our world where there is conflict and disharmony.”

MEDIA RELEASE – Sunday April 21 2025
STATEMENT FROM ARCHBISHOP PATRICK O’REGAN ON THE DEATH OF POPE FRANCIS
With profound sorrow, the Catholic Archdiocese of Adelaide joins the universal Church in mourning the passing of His Holiness, Pope Francis.
A shepherd of deep faith, compassion and humility, Pope Francis dedicated his life to serving God’s people and advocating for the poor, the marginalised and the dignity of all human life.
Pope Francis was a tireless witness to the Gospel, always reminding us of God’s mercy and calling us to a life of love and service.
His leadership and pastoral heart have left an indelible mark on the Church and the world.
As the Church enters a time of mourning, the faithful of the Catholic Archdiocese of Adelaide are invited to join in prayer and reflection, entrusting him to the loving embrace of our Lord.
May Pope Francis rest in peace, and may his legacy of love, justice, and peace continue to inspire the faithful around the world.
