🎥 Discover the story of St Luke’s! ⛪❤️

After celebrating our 207th birthday, why not take a little journey back in time and discover more about the history of our beautiful church?

Our history video, made last year, explores the story of this special place, including:

🏛️ How Governor Lachlan Macquarie helped establish the church, with the foundation stone laid in April 1818.

📐 The story behind its design by colonial architect Francis Greenway.

⛪ The first service held in October 1819, and how St Luke’s has continued to serve the community for more than 200 years.

❤️ And what about today? St Luke’s is still a place of faith, friendship and community, with Sunday services, children’s programs, youth activities and programs supporting people of all ages and backgrounds.

Our history is about so much more than a building — it’s about the generations of people who have been part of St Luke’s and the community we continue to serve today.

🎬 Watch the video and discover the story of St Luke’s, from its beginnings to the present day!
