Hoskins Memorial Uniting Church OPEN DAY has been postponed to Saturday 13 June, as there is a wedding in the church on the first Saturday in June.
If you need a quiet space for prayer or reflection or would like to learn more about the history of the church or its magnificent stained glass windows, or just have a look around, feel free to pop in between 10 am and 1 pm.
The church is still heated by the original water-reticulated radiator system, except that the original coal-fired boiler has been replaced by an electronically operated gas-fired boiler.
The church is very cosy on a cold winter's day.

🌟 We’re Hiring – Disability Supervisor | Bathurst 🌟

UnitingCare Lithgow is seeking a motivated and experienced Disability Supervisor to join our Bathurst team.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available.

This hands-on leadership role involves supporting Disability Care Workers, coordinating in-centre and in-home disability programs, assisting with rostering, supporting clients and families, and helping ensure services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with NDIS requirements.

We are looking for someone who has:
✅ Experience in disability services and NDIS supports
✅ Strong communication and people management skills
✅ Confidence with rostering, documentation and service coordination
✅ A caring, organised and practical approach
✅ A current driver’s licence, First Aid Certificate, WWCC, Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain relevant checks
